Bob Hayton is a Professionally Qualified International Auctioneer with
over 30 years experience conducting Auctions for Fine Arts, Real Estate,
Charity, Event & Sports related purposes in UK, Dubai & India.
Most recently, Bob, with the assistance of his wife Judith, have
become the ‘go-to’ Auctioneering team for Players Auctions in Sports mad
India, having conducted them for the Hockey India League (HIL), Indian
Badminton League (IBL), Premier Badminton League (PBL) & Pro
Wrestling League (PWL) in New Delhi, and the Pro-Kabaddi League (PKL) in
Mumbai & New Delhi. Additionally, from his experience with Sports
Players Auctions, Bob provided input into the first edition of the
International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) Players Draft held in Dubai
in 2014.

On a non-sporting note Bob has been the International Auctioneer of
choice for high profile Events such as the One World Fine Art Auction in
Jodhpur for the Maharaja of Jodhpur at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, and the
Luxury Fine Art Auction for the Bengularu Arts Festival by invitation
of Uzma Irfan, to name but two engagements. Bob also acts as Auctioneer
and Advisor for a Fine Art Auction House in Bangalore for which he has
conducted Auctions of Antiquarian Books, Prints, Maps & Paintings.
All of which has prompted many to refer to him as "The Travelling Gavel"
Additionally Bob’s experience includes conducting and arranging for the successful smooth running of numerous other types of Auctions including Golf days, Charity and Corporate Team Building Events often working with Celebrity Sportsmen, Media people, members of the House of Lords and others both in the UK and Abroad. Bob was featured both in a documentary filmed by Granada Television & another by Channel 4 about the day to day workings of an Auction House whilst contracted by Lots Road Auctions in Chelsea, London for whom he has provided Cataloguing and Appraisal services for many years. He also has a highly popular valuation page in a UK popular National weekly magazine.
